"Our centre’s logo—interlocking speech bubbles in blue, white, and gold—symbolises dialogue, trust, and resolution. The design reflects the coming together of diverse perspectives with mutual respect. Blue denotes calm and wisdom, white stands for clarity and neutrality, and gold signifies dignity and lasting harmony—together expressing our commitment to turning conflict into concord.”

What is Mediation

A Voluntary Path to Lasting Resolution

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which a neutral third party — the mediator — facilitates structured discussions between disputing parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable settlement.

Unlike litigation or arbitration, mediation is non-adversarial. The mediator does not decide the outcome; instead, they guide both parties toward a solution that works for everyone involved.

Governed by the Mediation Act, 2023 (India), mediation offers a legally recognised framework for resolving civil and commercial disputes outside the court system.

Why Choose Mediation

A Smarter Way to Resolve Disputes

01

Confidential Process

All proceedings, documents, and communications are strictly private. Nothing disclosed in mediation can be used against you in court.

02

Faster Than Litigation

Disputes that take years in court can be resolved in weeks through mediation. Sessions are flexible and scheduled at your convenience.

03

Cost-Effective

Mediation typically costs a fraction of what litigation would. Save on legal fees, court costs, and the hidden cost of prolonged disputes.

04

Neutral Third Party

Our certified mediators are impartial facilitators with no stake in the outcome. Their sole role is to help you reach a fair agreement.
